Program Description
What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program—a mix of gymnastics, weightlifting, and endurance training. It's non-specialized, varied, creative, fun, and works! We teach you to do ordinary things exceptionally well, while building strength and stamina for an active lifestyle.
The focus is always on movement execution. We strive for perfect form!
The ability to master physical challenges in life shapes an individual's personality and determines their attitude to life. Whether it's lifting a suitcase overhead into the overhead compartment, taking the stairs to the third floor, or going on a beautiful mountain hike. Our mission is to enable people to overcome their challenges in life—whatever they may be.
How is CrossFit done?
There are different ways to practice CrossFit. The classic approach is to complete WODs (Workout of the Day) together in a group setting. One of our experienced trainers always supervises the group, as safety and fun are paramount. Typically, a class has a maximum of 10 people, allowing our trainers to focus on you individually.
Why should I start CrossFit?
There are thousands of reasons for this. The two most important ones, however, are that it's fun and it gets you in shape. Rule: Give it your all, listen to your trainer , and get fitter than ever!
